In January 2022, I was the student-athlete representative for the Southern Conference at the NCAA Convention in Indianapolis.
I was featured as part of USA Triathlon's Power Within Campaign
for Mental Health Awareness Month in May 2020, sharing how
being involved in multiple sports helps me get more out of my
own life as well as pouring into others'.
Spring semester 2020, I was an intern with UTC Athletics Department, working with media, communications, and gameday operations. I am still in charge of the cross country and track Instagram as well as the SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Committee) Instagram and Twitter.
still work with them off and on during the year, and I am currently an intern with the Athletic Performance Strength and Conditioning for the spring semester 2022.
I was asked to speak on the Southern Conference's Power of Your Platform panel in January 2021, where I got to share about how I use my platform as a student athlete to make a difference. Both a highlight video and full-length recording are posted, as well as my own blog entry.
In the summer of 2021, I was a coach at the All American Cross Country Camp hosted by NC State. The women's team went on to be the National Champions four months later.
I also coached middle and high school athletes in a summer running program and basketball camps at home over the summers.
In January through August 2021, I freelance wrote for Tennessee Conservative News.
In my favorite articles, I got to feature one of my high school best friends who was playing for UT in the College World Series and cover the Chattanooga IRONMAN.
In the spring semester of my sophomore year of college, I was an intern at my home church, First Baptist Morristown. I worked on various media, but one of the main projects was using Photoshop and InDesign to make the monthly newsletter.

As a manager at Gelato Brothers, I scooped gelato of course, and made waffles, cones, specialty coffees, smoothies, shakes, and was in charge of inventory, ordering, and oversaw shift schedules. We also catered events and set up our food truck in Knoxville.

House sitting and dog sitting started out with one family we knew, but now I have people all over town that ask me to stay in their homes while they go on vacation.
For the Kiddos:
I have taught at VBS several years, coached summer track and basketball camps, and babysat.
