ABOUT ME
Grew up going to a Tennessee lake, currently working on a golf course in the Arizona desert :)
After a couple years on the media side of sports I got the opportunity to hop a couple time zones to Arizona and be a trainer full time at Life Time in Tempe.
I spent the previous year in Macon, Georgia as the Assistant Director of Media Relations, covering men's basketball and baseball. After finishing grad school, in July 2022 I moved from my hometown in Tennessee to Jacksonville, Florida to be the Public Relations Assistant for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
I graduated in May 2022 with a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. I earned my undergrad degrees in 2020, double-majoring in Communications and Sports, Outdoor Recreation, and Tourism. I was a member of the cross country and track teams and the Student Athlete Advisory Committee from where I was chosen to represent the Southern Conference at the NCAA Convention in January 2022. In March 2021, I was certified as a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer.
Outside of work, I have a passion for finding and spreading joy in all the things I love, including being outside, animals, reading, writing, exploring, cooking, and celebrating.
