Healthier Baked Goods to Fuel Your Adventures

I have always loved cooking and baking then sharing what I make with others. Hosting brunch parties, baking potluck holiday treats, and trying new recipes were among my favorite things when I was growing up (which you can imagine my mom loved).
I've been a competitive athlete my whole life, and I know how huge of an impact quality fuel and well-rounded nutrition have on not only performance but daily life enjoyment and functionality. So I decided to take what I love doing and am talented at and make it a business.
This also fits so well with being a personal trainer, just adding to the ways that I can help people live a happier and healthier life.

Below are the main menu items available to order. All items are made with real, simple ingredients, lower sugar and higher protein than typical treats! Protein and greens are from Life Time Health and are some of the highest quality supplements on the market (click this link to get my rewards link connected to you!) I will add new and seasonal items from time-to-time, so stay tuned! These will also be shared on my training and baking Instagram. I will also consider requests, event/business catering, vegan/gluten-free, etc.
